Mary Newton Lima, Young Adult Writer

Mary Newton Lima was born in Connecticut and has lived in Australia, Wisconsin, Washington, Colorado and Florida. She swore she would never live on the East Coast…until she moved to Cape Cod, where she lives today with her husband, two children, two dogs, and a wild bunny that lives under her car. She is a writer, an environmental scientist, and a mom. She is a member of SCBWI (Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators). Mary participates in writing conferences and critique groups on a regional level.
